What a day of excitement trying to purchase a trailer!Chase is a fine young man who after a while, made me an offer on a trailer that I couldn't deny. Once I got the trailer home, we soon found out that the trailer was too short. Panicked, I quickly called Mary to explain and she agreed to take it back so that we could purchase the correct sized trailer.Once we returned to the Lot, the trailer we chose did not have a ramp, so Scott and Chase got to work trying to fit the trailer with 4 or 5 ramps, we finally found a ramp that fit however needed some minor modifications. So, while we met with Mary to redo the paperwork, Scott got the trailer ready for delivery and made the modifications needed himself as his tech was busy with other customers.A YUGE Thank You to Chase, Mary & Scott for their impeccable customer service, you have earned a loyal customer because your work ethics...One last thing, the wife said we are going riding tomorrow come hell or high water, and the Hay's Team made it possible!!

Very easy to deal with! Its seems the other dealers in the valley didnt care about selling a smaller trailer, I called Hays Trailer Sales and Chase picked up the phone. He was very forthcoming in his approach and gave me the price over the phone. I was pressed on time so when I walked in everything was ready and off I went within 30 minutes.Definitely check them out!

Christmas came early as my wife and I picked up our new 2015 Trails West Adventure II 2 horse slant today. We really love this trailer and could not be happier! Trailer came equipped with some nice options like the water tank and external loading lights. Really solid and stable trailer. Drove it 50 miles to get it home and it pulls really nice. Great experience. Purchased my trailer via the Internet. 2005 Trails West Sierra 3 horse gooseneck with comfort package and mid tack. Everything was handled ahead of time. Drove 5 hours from Las Vegas hooked up and headed home. Junior walked us around the trailer made sure everything was good to go. Great staff.

I just drove home with my "new to me" trailer. When I first started looking all I wanted or thought I wanted was a LQ that my husband would want to stay in with me. It took several months, an initial purchase that did not work out, (I broke me arm and couldn't drive, ride horse etc...), they put the trailer back on their lot. It sold to someone else, thankfully. I refined my wants vs must have and had a style in mind. Denny and Junior stuck with me , last week I got a call from Denny. They had "my" trailer. I had 3 photos to go by, and when I finally saw it, yep more than I expected. Thank you, I am still smiling!

I did many hours of exhaustive research before deciding exactly what I wanted as a trailer for my Polaris Ranger Crew. I looked at every trailer manufacturer I could find on the internet and decided I wanted a Diamond C 33UVT, but I wanted it my way as I plan to keep it for the long haul. While essentially building my trailer by way of option list on the Diamond C website, I learned of Hays Trailer Sales being their Premier Distributor in Arizona.I went to their facility in East Mesa on January 6th, 2017 and met with Chase to discuss the possibility of ordering a trailer the way I wanted it. We sat down and listed every option I desired, specifics on how and where I wanted everything located along with the rest of the details right down to wheel and trailer colors. The order was placed and I was given a rough 8 to 10 week window for which the trailer should arrive.

The time frame was important to me as I had several big trips planned beginning March 20th, 2017 that I need the trailer for. I was very surprised to get a call from Chase the second week of February telling me that they had received my custom trailer early, but that Diamond C had omitted an option during production. Chase asked if I would come look at it with him, and so I did. I told him that I really wanted the trailer the way we specified and he understood completely. He called the boss who told him to check the order sheet and make sure everything was listed correctly for the build, and it was. He told me that they would order me a new trailer but that he saw No possibility of it being produced and shipped in time for my trip and that he was terribly sorry.Hays Trailers reached out to Diamond C, letting them know what was wrong and told them that we were now in a pickle due to my schedule of events. I left feeling bummed that my trailer wasn't going to make it on time, but happy that the Hays Business Family was doing everything they could for me. Over the next few days I received several text messages from Chase with pictures from Diamond C asking for specific approval of items during the build. I started to see my trailer coming together and was elated to get a call earlier this week telling my that my trailer was complete and en route to the Tucson yard where they receive the shipments. Chase told me that my trailer would be assembled and ready for pick-up by Friday which was yesterday. Chase then called me Thursday to late in the afternoon to tell me that it was ready even earlier if I wanted to come grab it, but I was all the way across town and couldn't make it. I picked my Trailer up Friday March 17th, 2017 and could not be any happier!While some of you may look at this review and see all of the problems, that is because none of you have ever been the middle man in a sale. The family at Hays Trailer Sales had no control of anything other than busting their butts to make things right for me, and that is exactly what they did! I commend them for their efforts and compassion and WILL do business with them again in the future!
